Change in Name and Ownership

MORGAN, UT – April 5, 2004 – Aidant Systems, Inc. announces a change in name to Docusoft America Corporation and a change in ownership. With these changes, Tyler Pettit, formerly company vice president, becomes the new company president and largest shareholder of the organization that provides professional services for enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. Mr. Pettit, has a long career of IT recruiting and business management experience.
